The General Terms and Conditions of FLIP Camping Box Online Shop are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, based on the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia recommendations and international codes for online services.
The FLIP Camping Box Online Shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Shop”) is managed by the online services provider Sipras trgovina d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as “the Merchant”).
These General Terms and Conditions define the operation of the Online Shop, the rights, and duties of the visitor and buyer, and the business relationship between the merchant and the buyer of the items from the Online Shop offer.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Sipras trgovina, d.o.o. reserves the right to make daily changes to the prices of the range of products without prior notice. Regular prices are valid when the order is placed and are not pre-determined. Should the price information be incorrect or should the price of the article change during the processing of the order, the provider will agree to the buyer’s withdrawal from the purchase while trying to find a solution that will be of mutual satisfaction.
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with order acknowledgement. Usually you receive the e-mail notification within 5 minutes, however, this time period can be extended due to different e-mail settings of the recipients.
Sipras trgovina d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse an order if the item is no longer in stock or the prices are obviously incorrect, which can occur in case of errors with automated transfers. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible. In case of ambiguity, data verification or ensuring a correct delivery, we can contact you at the phone number you provide when placing the order.
We will confirm the order, notify you about it and prepare the products within the agreed time frame.
Should you order items that cannot be dispatched within the promised time period due to unforeseeable reasons, we will notify you of the new delivery time by phone or e-mail.
If you choose home delivery, we will notify you about the dispatch via e-mail.
After the delivery, we will complete your order.

Revocation of an Order
Online orders can be cancelled at no extra cost until we confirm your order. Cancellation of the order is possible through e-mail email@example.com and on the phone +386 1 723 07 07. Please state the reason as “Order Cancellation” as the subject of your e-mail and include your name, surname and the number of your order in the e-mail.
Change of Order
Once you place your order, it cannot be modified. Please cancel your order no later than our order confirmation and place a new order.
When placing your order, you can choose the following payment methods:
- Credit Card
On Checkout, select “Credit Card” to pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Maestro Card.
By completing the order through the interface, the payment is made, thus confirming your order at Flipcampingbox.com.
The link to the interface is secure and provides complete safety for your data.
Payment card data is not stored on our Flipcampingbox.com server and is not accessible to us since we use Braintree service by Paypal.
If you have a PayPal account, you can select “Paypal” option on Checkout.
Pressing the “Pay with PayPal button will take you to the PayPal interface.
By completing the order through the interface, the payment is made, thus confirming your order at Flipcampingbox.com. after successful payment, the interface will redirect you back to our Online Shop.
The link to the interface is secure and provides complete safety for your data.
Payment card data is not stored on our Flipcampingbox.com server and is not accessible to us.
- Cash Payment upon Personal Pick up in our shop
You can pay in cash upon personal pick up at our establishment in Kamnik.
In case items are not in stock or in case the pick-up period exceeds 48 hours, an order confirmation and a 10% prepayment of the total order to the transaction account of the Sipras trgovina d.o.o. Company are necessary.

When placing your order, you receive information for payment of the purchase price to the transaction account of the Sipras trgovina d.o.o. Company.

Use the account number as the reference and the purpose.
In order to supply the goods or services, the salesperson must issue an invoice and hand it over to the buyer. The buyer must take the invoice and keep it after leaving the premises. With online purchases, we issue an invoice when the items are shipped to the buyer or when the items are dispatched. We do currently not issue e-invoices for online purchases.
In-stock items are ready for pick up within 1 business day.
Out-of-stock products can be made within 2-3 weeks.
When placing a purchase order, the user can specify one of the following methods of picking up the items:
- personal pick up at the establishment – free of charge
- home delivery – payable
DB Schenker is the merchant’s contractual partner for delivery. The merchant reserves the right to choose another delivery service should it be able to fulfil the order more efficiently.
Delivery time depends on the country of destination. It takes approximately 3-8 days for addresses in the European Union unless the delivery partner delivers the items to a particular address later.

The shipping cost is uniform and is € 199 (with 22% VAT).

For non-EU countries, in addition to shipment of € 199 (with 22% VAT), there is an export customs clearance cost of € 49 (with 22% VAT).

If you wish to withdraw from the contract of sale or from the purchase for any reason, you can inform us about it within 14 days without giving the reason for your decision. You can notify us about the withdrawal via e-mail email@example.com, or give us an unambiguous oral statement via phone number +386 1 723 07 07 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. the 14-day period starts on the day you receive the items. The only expense you are charged in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of the return of goods.
If you have already received the goods and wish to withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods within 30 days after the notification or the statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. The items must be returned together with all related documentation and invoice undamaged, in their original packaging and in unchanged quantity, unless the items have been destroyed, damaged, lost, or their quantity has been reduced without the fault of the buyer. In case of the return of goods, we will refund your purchase money as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice on the withdrawal from the contract, except in case of card payment if it has not already been debited.
According to Article 43.č of the Consumer Protection Act, the possibility of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to goods that have been manufactured and adapted to the consumer’s personal needs.
Repayment or withdrawal from the contract is therefore not possible for all FLIP Camping Box products designed and modified to the user’s (customer’s) personal needs.
The warranty period begins on the day the goods are received by the buyer and it lasts 3 years for the furniture part. The warranty period for built-in elements and accessories such as submersible pumps, refrigerators and faucets is 1 year.
Products are warranted if it is thus stated in the warranty certificate, invoice or advertisement. The product supplier guarantees the quality of the product and the faultless operation within the warranty period if you use the product in accordance with its purpose and accompanying instructions. The warranty period begins on the day the goods are received by the buyer.
The supplier provides repair, maintenance of goods, spare parts and attachments in return for payment for at least 3 years after the warranty period expiry.
The salesperson is not qualified to make technical assessments regarding the possible defects and thus cannot determine whether the defective item should be replaced without the opinion of an authorised service centre.
We made every purchase at Flipcampingbox.com Online Shop completely safe. All confidential data transmitted online (personal data, purchase data, and payment cards numbers) is encoded accordingly and cannot be read by a third party.
The Flipcampingbox.com Online Shop uses a 128-bit encryption key and the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. The maximum transfer security is ensured through the mechanisms used by banks, financial institutions and the best online shops.
Authorisations and payment card transactions are made through the Paypal.com authorisation centre. Card authorisations are made in real time with the immediate verification of data in the banking system. Card data is not stored on the Flipcampingbox.com server.

We undertake to ensure that the personal data obtained through the Web site will remain stored, protected and processed solely by the Sipras trgovina, d.o.o. Company. All obtained personal data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
Your data is appropriately protected against loss, destruction, forgery, manipulation and unauthorised access or unauthorised disclosure by a third party.
Personal data obtained through the Online Shop for making an online purchase is used solely for the purpose of executing and delivery of the order, and in case of eligibility, special actions and the redemption of a coupon.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter distribution list at any time by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter you have received. Due to the specific nature of the business process and technical restrictions, it is possible you will receive our e-mail once more within 15 days from the date of your unsubscription, in case the e-mail has already been sent or was being sent. In this case, we apologise and ask for your understanding.
If you wish to delete the personal data we keep for sending you the newsletter, please e-mail us at email@example.com. The request to delete the subscription must be sent from the e-mail address you used to subscribe to the newsletter or you must provide the e-mail address you are cancelling. Within 15 days from receiving your request to delete your subscription, we will delete your personal data and notify you accordingly.
Discharge from Liability
The content published at Flipcampingbox.com may only be used and reproduced for non-commercial purposes while maintaining all copyright notices. Sipras trgovina, d.o.o. provides the most up-to-date and accurate content of their web sites, however, they do not assume responsibility for the accuracy of the site. All users use the published content at their own risk.
Sipras trgovina, d.o.o. or any other legal or natural person involved in the creation of the Online Shop, is not liable for any damage arising from the access to the use of data or the inability to the use the data at Flipcampingbox.com, or for any technical error.

From the moment the ordered items are deposited at the post office, Sipras trgovina d.o.o, is not liable for cases of physical damage, destruction or loss of the items, as well as for the lack of contents in the package or signs of package opening. In these cases, the user (the buyer) must upon receiving the shipment initiate a complaint procedure with our delivery partner DB Schenker. Together with the delivery partner, the merchant will make sure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.
FLIP Camping Box is designed to fit behind the rear seats and fits closely between the walls of the boot so it does not move during the drive. As this does not change the vehicle, no approval of the vehicle is required.
The buyer is solely responsible for the proper attachment of the equipment into the vehicle in any case. Sipras trgovina d.o.o. shall be in no event liable for any injury of people or vehicles resulting during transportation, installation or use. The buyer is obliged to follow all instructions for use.

The merchant complies with the applicable consumer protection laws and ensures complaints are dealt with effectively.
